| 10 | 10 | | 8 (a) A motion to adjourn or adjourn to a time certain is in |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 order at any time, except when a prior motion to adjourn or |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 adjourn to a time certain has been defeated and no intervening |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 business has transpired. |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 (b) A motion to adjourn or adjourn to a time certain is |
