12 | 12 | | 10 citizens for their noteworthy contributions to the arts, |

13 | 13 | | 11 education, community service, or the labor force; and |

14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Charlene Wexler is a native Chicagoan, a graduate |

15 | 15 | | 13 of the University of Illinois, and the award-winning author of |
