14 | 14 | | 12 fullest potential, making equitable transportation policy a |

17 | 17 | | 15 challenges, operational barriers, and resource limitations |

18 | 18 | | 16 that hinder their ability to adequately serve the ID/DD |

45 | 45 | | 15 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |

46 | 46 | | 16 HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |

49 | 49 | | 19 include complete consideration of the needs of the individuals |
