| 8 | 8 | | 6 WHEREAS, Michael Wenos has served as president and a board |

| 9 | 9 | | 7 member of Madison Mutual Insurance since April of 2008; he |

| 10 | 10 | | 8 joined the company in February of 2001 as claims director and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 became vice president in February of 2005; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Michael Wenos worked with GMAC Insurance and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 Shelter Insurance prior to joining Madison Mutual Insurance; |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 WHEREAS, Michael Wenos was a member and chairman of the |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 NAMIC Property Casualty Conference from September 2012 to |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 September 2018; he was a member and vice chairman for the |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 Gateway Convention Center from January 2007 to December 2013; |

| 20 | 20 | | 18 WHEREAS, Michael Wenos is a member of the Edwardsville |

| 21 | 21 | | 19 Rotary and the CPCU Society and a past member of the EGHM |

| 39 | 39 | | 9 grandchildren, Aubrey Joyce Wenos, Adley Marie Wenos, Elsie |
