19 | 19 | | 9 "Apprentice" means a participant in an apprenticeship |

20 | 20 | | 10 program approved by and registered with the United States |
---|
21 | 21 | | 11 Department of Labor's Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. |
---|
22 | 22 | | 12 "Apprenticeship program" means an apprenticeship and |
---|
23 | 23 | | 13 training program approved by and registered with the United |
---|
24 | 24 | | 14 States Department of Labor's Bureau of Apprenticeship and |
---|
25 | 25 | | 15 Training. |

26 | 26 | | 16 "Black, indigenous, and people of color" or "BIPOC" means |

27 | 27 | | 17 people who are members of the groups described in |

28 | 28 | | 18 subparagraphs (a) through (e) of paragraph (A) of subsection |
