The break time may run concurrently with any </code></td></tr><tr><td class="number">12</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><code>break time already provided to the employee. </code><u><code>An employer shall </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">13</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>compensate the employee during the break time at the </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">14</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>employee's regular rate of compensation.
