1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $7,200,000, or so much of that sum as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to Western Illinois University for the purpose of funding
7 the operations of the Western Illinois University Innovation
8 Campus at the Quad Cities.
