| 20 | 20 | | 10 "District" means a renewable energy production special |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 11 district created under this Act. |

| 22 | 22 | | 12 "Renewable energy facility" means a generator that is |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 13 attached to a building or parcel of land and that is powered by |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | 14 methane gas generated from landfills, solar electric energy or |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | 15 wind, dedicated crops grown for electricity generation, |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | 16 anaerobic digestion of livestock or food processing waste, |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | 17 fuel cells or microturbines powered by renewable fuels, or |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 18 hydroelectric energy. "Renewable energy facility" includes a |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 19 small modular reactor. "Renewable fuels" does not include the |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 20 incineration or burning of tires, garbage, general household, |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 21 institutional, or commercial waste, industrial lunchroom or |

| 32 | 32 | | 22 office waste, landscape waste other than tree waste, railroad |
