11	11	1 AN ACT concerning public aid.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
15	15	5 adding Section 12-4.13f as follows:
16	16	6 (305 ILCS 5/12-4.13f new)
17	17	7 Sec. 12-4.13f. SNAP minimum benefit level. If a
18	18	8 household's monthly benefit amount under the federal
19	19	9 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program is determined to be
20	20	10 less than $75, the State shall pay an additional amount to
21	21	11 increase the household's total monthly benefit to $75.
