311 1 AN ACT concerning public employee benefits.
412 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
513 3 represented in the General Assembly:
614 4 Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by adding
715 5 Section 8-207.1 as follows:
816 6 (40 ILCS 5/8-207.1 new)
917 7 Sec. 8-207.1. To reproduce records. To have any records
1018 8 kept by the board photographed, microfilmed, or digitally or
1119 9 electronically reproduced in accordance with the Local Records
1220 10 Act. The photographs, microfilm, and digital and electronic
1321 11 reproductions shall be deemed original records and documents
1422 12 for all purposes, including introduction in evidence before
1523 13 all courts and administrative agencies.
16-14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
17-15 becoming law.
