1111 1 AN ACT concerning courts.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The Judicial Privacy Act is amended by changing
1515 5 Section 1-10 as follows:
1616 6 (705 ILCS 90/1-10)
1717 7 Sec. 1-10. Definitions. As used in this Act:
1818 8 "Government agency" includes all agencies, authorities,
1919 9 boards, commissions, departments, institutions, offices, and
2020 10 any other bodies politic and corporate of the State created by
2121 11 the constitution or statute, whether in the executive,
2222 12 judicial, or legislative branch; all units and corporate
2323 13 outgrowths created by executive order of the Governor or any
2424 14 constitutional officer, by the Supreme Court, or by resolution
2525 15 of the General Assembly; or agencies, authorities, boards,
2626 16 commissions, departments, institutions, offices, and any other
2727 17 bodies politic and corporate of a unit of local government, or
2828 18 school district.
2929 19 "Home address" includes a judicial officer's permanent
3030 20 residence and any secondary residences affirmatively
3131 21 identified by the judicial officer, but does not include a
3232 22 judicial officer's work address.
3333 23 "Immediate family" includes a judicial officer's spouse,

6868 1 child, parent, or any blood relative of the judicial officer
6969 2 or the judicial officer's spouse who lives in the same

7171 4 "Judicial officer" includes actively employed and former
7272 5 or deceased:
7373 6 (1) Justices of the United States Supreme Court and
7474 7 the Illinois Supreme Court;
7575 8 (2) Judges of the United States Court of Appeals;
7676 9 (3) Judges and magistrate judges of the United States
7777 10 District Court;
7878 11 (4) Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court;
7979 12 (5) Judges of the Illinois Appellate Court; and
8080 13 (6) Judges and associate judges of the Illinois
8181 14 Circuit Courts; and .
8282 15 (7) Administrative law judges as defined in Section
8383 16 1-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
8484 17 "Personal information" means a home address, home
8585 18 telephone number, mobile telephone number, pager number,
8686 19 personal email address, social security number, federal tax
8787 20 identification number, checking and savings account numbers,
8888 21 credit card numbers, marital status, and identity of children
8989 22 under the age of 18.
9090 23 "Publicly available content" means any written, printed,
9191 24 or electronic document or record that provides information or
9292 25 that serves as a document or record maintained, controlled, or
9393 26 in the possession of a government agency that may be obtained
