11	11	1 AN ACT concerning courts.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Judicial Privacy Act is amended by changing
15	15	5 Section 1-10 as follows:
16	16	6 (705 ILCS 90/1-10)
17	17	7 Sec. 1-10. Definitions. As used in this Act:
18	18	8 "Government agency" includes all agencies, authorities,
19	19	9 boards, commissions, departments, institutions, offices, and
20	20	10 any other bodies politic and corporate of the State created by
21	21	11 the constitution or statute, whether in the executive,
22	22	12 judicial, or legislative branch; all units and corporate
23	23	13 outgrowths created by executive order of the Governor or any
24	24	14 constitutional officer, by the Supreme Court, or by resolution
25	25	15 of the General Assembly; or agencies, authorities, boards,
26	26	16 commissions, departments, institutions, offices, and any other
27	27	17 bodies politic and corporate of a unit of local government, or
28	28	18 school district.
29	29	19 "Home address" includes a judicial officer's permanent
30	30	20 residence and any secondary residences affirmatively
31	31	21 identified by the judicial officer, but does not include a
32	32	22 judicial officer's work address.
33	33	23 "Immediate family" includes a judicial officer's spouse,

68	68	1 child, parent, or any blood relative of the judicial officer
69	69	2 or the judicial officer's spouse who lives in the same
70	70	3 residence.
71	71	4 "Judicial officer" includes actively employed and former
72	72	5 or deceased:
73	73	6 (1) Justices of the United States Supreme Court and
74	74	7 the Illinois Supreme Court;
75	75	8 (2) Judges of the United States Court of Appeals;
76	76	9 (3) Judges and magistrate judges of the United States
77	77	10 District Court;
78	78	11 (4) Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court;
79	79	12 (5) Judges of the Illinois Appellate Court; and
80	80	13 (6) Judges and associate judges of the Illinois
81	81	14 Circuit Courts; and .
82	82	15 (7) Administrative law judges as defined in Section
83	83	16 1-15 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
84	84	17 "Personal information" means a home address, home
85	85	18 telephone number, mobile telephone number, pager number,
86	86	19 personal email address, social security number, federal tax
87	87	20 identification number, checking and savings account numbers,
88	88	21 credit card numbers, marital status, and identity of children
89	89	22 under the age of 18.
90	90	23 "Publicly available content" means any written, printed,
91	91	24 or electronic document or record that provides information or
92	92	25 that serves as a document or record maintained, controlled, or
93	93	26 in the possession of a government agency that may be obtained
