11	11	1 AN ACT concerning State government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Fiscal Note Act is amended by changing
15	15	5 Section 3 as follows:
16	16	6 (25 ILCS 50/3) (from Ch. 63, par. 42.33)
17	17	7 Sec. 3. Any Whenever the sponsor of any measure is of the
18	18	8 opinion that no fiscal note is necessary, any member of either
19	19	9 house may thereafter request that a note be obtained, and in
20	20	10 such case, the note shall be prepared. No rule of either house
21	21	11 may authorize or require a note request that is made under this
22	22	12 Act to be deemed inapplicable the matter shall be decided by
23	23	13 majority vote of those present and voting in the house of which
24	24	14 he is a member.
