12	12	1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
13	13	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
14	14	3 represented in the General Assembly:
15	15	4 Section 5. The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act is
16	16	5 amended by adding Section 46 as follows:
17	17	6 (765 ILCS 77/46 new)
18	18	7 Sec. 46. Condition, stipulation, or provision void. Any
19	19	8 condition, stipulation, or provision in any mortgage,
20	20	9 promissory note, or contract directly affecting an interest in
21	21	10 Illinois real estate shall state that Illinois law shall
22	22	11 apply. Any condition, stipulation, or provision purporting to
23	23	12 apply the law of another state or country is void.
24	24	13 Section 10. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business
25	25	14 Practices Act is amended by changing Section 2A as follows:

27	27	16 Sec. 2A. (1) The use or employment of any chain referral
28	28	17 sales technique, plan, arrangement or agreement whereby the

32	32	21 merchandise that seller will contact the named prospective
