11	11	1 AN ACT concerning government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Open Meetings Act is amended by changing
15	15	5 Section 2.03 as follows:
16	16	6 (5 ILCS 120/2.03) (from Ch. 102, par. 42.03)
17	17	7 Sec. 2.03. In addition to the notice required by Section
18	18	8 2.02, each body subject to this Act must, at the beginning of
19	19	9 each calendar or fiscal year, prepare and make available a
20	20	10 schedule of all its regular meetings for such calendar or
21	21	11 fiscal year, listing the times and places of such meetings.
22	22	12 If a change is made in regular meeting dates, at least 10
23	23	13 days' notice of such change shall be given by posting
24	24	14 publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area
25	25	15 in which such body functions. However, in the case of bodies of
26	26	16 local governmental units with a population of less than 500 in
27	27	17 which no newspaper is published, such 10 days' notice may be
28	28	18 given by posting a notice of such change in at least 3
29	29	19 prominent places within the governmental unit. Notice of such
30	30	20 change shall also be posted at the principal office of the
31	31	21 public body or, if no such office exists, at the building in
32	32	22 which the meeting is to be held. Notice of such change shall
