5252 1 Section 10. The amount of $450,000, or so much thereof as
5353 2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Amusement Ride and
5454 3 Patron Safety Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
5555 4 expenses associated with the administration of The Amusement
5656 5 Ride and Attraction Safety Act.
5757 6 Section 15. The amount of $3,500,000, or so much thereof
5858 7 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Child Labor and
5959 8 Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund to the
6060 9 Department of Labor for operational expenses associated with
6161 10 the administration of The Child Labor Law Act and the Day and
6262 11 Temporary Labor Services Act.
6363 12 Section 20. The amount of $150,000, or so much thereof as
6464 13 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Employee
6565 14 Classification Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
6666 15 expenses associated with the administration of The Employee
6767 16 Classification Act.
6868 17 Section 25. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof as
6969 18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Wage Theft
7070 19 Enforcement Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
7171 20 expenses associated with the administration of The Illinois
7272 21 Wage Payment and Collection Act.

8383 1 Section 30. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof
8484 2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of
8585 3 Labor Federal Trust Fund to the Department of Labor for all
8686 4 costs associated with promoting and enforcing the occupational
8787 5 safety and health administration state program for public
8888 6 sector worksites.
8989 7 Section 35. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof
9090 8 as necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Industrial
9191 9 Services Fund to the Department of Labor for administrative
9292 10 and other expenses and for the Occupational Safety and Health
9393 11 Administration Program, including refunds and prior years'
9494 12 costs.
9595 13 Section 40. The amount of $400,000, or so much thereof as
9696 14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of Labor
9797 15 Federal Indirect Cost Fund to the Department of Labor for all
9898 16 costs associated with OSHA Indirect Costs.
9999 17 Section 45. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
100100 18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Equal Pay Fund to
101101 19 the Department of Labor for all costs associated with the
102102 20 administration of the Equal Pay Act of 2003.
103103 21 Section 50. The sum of $681,500, or so much thereof as may

117117 3 Section 55. The sum of $895,700, or so much thereof as may
118118 4 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
119119 5 the Department of Labor for costs associated with the
120120 6 administration of the Nurse Agency Licensing Act.
121121 7 Section 60. The sum of $812,300, or so much thereof as may
122122 8 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
123123 9 the Department of Labor for costs associated with the
124124 10 administration of the Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
125125 11 Section 65.The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may
126126 12 be necessary, is appropriated from the Paid Leave for All
127127 13 Workers Fund to the Department of Labor for costs associated
128128 14 with the enforcement of the Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
129129 15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
