8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:

12	12	5 Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as
13	13	6 may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes
14	14	7 hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and
15	15	8 contingent expenses of the Department of Labor:

52	52	1 Section 10. The amount of $450,000, or so much thereof as
53	53	2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Amusement Ride and
54	54	3 Patron Safety Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
55	55	4 expenses associated with the administration of The Amusement
56	56	5 Ride and Attraction Safety Act.
57	57	6 Section 15. The amount of $3,500,000, or so much thereof
58	58	7 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Child Labor and
59	59	8 Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund to the
60	60	9 Department of Labor for operational expenses associated with
61	61	10 the administration of The Child Labor Law Act and the Day and
62	62	11 Temporary Labor Services Act.
63	63	12 Section 20. The amount of $150,000, or so much thereof as
64	64	13 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Employee
65	65	14 Classification Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
66	66	15 expenses associated with the administration of The Employee
67	67	16 Classification Act.
68	68	17 Section 25. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof as
69	69	18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Wage Theft
70	70	19 Enforcement Fund to the Department of Labor for operational
71	71	20 expenses associated with the administration of The Illinois
72	72	21 Wage Payment and Collection Act.

83	83	1 Section 30. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof
84	84	2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of
85	85	3 Labor Federal Trust Fund to the Department of Labor for all
86	86	4 costs associated with promoting and enforcing the occupational
87	87	5 safety and health administration state program for public
88	88	6 sector worksites.
89	89	7 Section 35. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof
90	90	8 as necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Industrial
91	91	9 Services Fund to the Department of Labor for administrative
92	92	10 and other expenses and for the Occupational Safety and Health
93	93	11 Administration Program, including refunds and prior years'
94	94	12 costs.
95	95	13 Section 40. The amount of $400,000, or so much thereof as
96	96	14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Department of Labor
97	97	15 Federal Indirect Cost Fund to the Department of Labor for all
98	98	16 costs associated with OSHA Indirect Costs.
99	99	17 Section 45. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
100	100	18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Equal Pay Fund to
101	101	19 the Department of Labor for all costs associated with the
102	102	20 administration of the Equal Pay Act of 2003.
103	103	21 Section 50. The sum of $681,500, or so much thereof as may
104	104	22 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to

116	116	2 administration of the Equal Pay Act of 2003.
117	117	3 Section 55. The sum of $895,700, or so much thereof as may
118	118	4 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
119	119	5 the Department of Labor for costs associated with the
120	120	6 administration of the Nurse Agency Licensing Act.
121	121	7 Section 60. The sum of $812,300, or so much thereof as may
122	122	8 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
123	123	9 the Department of Labor for costs associated with the
124	124	10 administration of the Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
125	125	11 Section 65.The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may
126	126	12 be necessary, is appropriated from the Paid Leave for All
127	127	13 Workers Fund to the Department of Labor for costs associated
128	128	14 with the enforcement of the Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
129	129	15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
