The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof 11 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois 12 Veterans Assistance Fund to the Department of Veterans' 13 Affairs for making grants, funding additional services, or 14 conducting additional research projects relating to veterans' 15 post traumatic stress disorder; veterans' homelessness; the 16 health insurance cost of veterans; veterans' disability 17 benefits, including but not limited to, disability benefits 18 provided by veterans service organizations and veterans 19 assistance commissions or centers; and the long-term care of 20 veterans. 21 Section 35.
