8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof
13	13	6 as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and
14	14	7 purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General
15	15	8 Revenue Fund to the Governor's Office of Management and
16	16	9 Budget:
17	17	10 For all costs and administrative expenses associated with
18	18	11 implementing, monitoring and reporting State agency
19	19	12 expenditures of funds received from the federal government,
20	20	13 including funds made available under the American Rescue
21	21	14 Plan Act or any other federal act..................550,000
22	22	15 For all costs and administrative expenses associated with
23	23	16 financial audits, internal controls, and reporting of the
24	24	17 State's financial statements.......................550,000
25	25	18 For operational expenses of the Budgeting for
26	26	19 Results Initiative.................................400,000

51	51	1 Section 10. The amount of $1,400,000, or so much thereof
52	52	2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
53	53	3 Development Fund to the Governor's Office of Management and
54	54	4 Budget for ordinary and contingent expenses associated with
55	55	5 the sale and administration of General Obligation Bonds.
56	56	6 Section 15. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof
57	57	7 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Grant
58	58	8 Accountability and Transparency Fund to the Governor's Office
59	59	9 of Management and Budget for costs in support of the
60	60	10 implementation and administration of the Grant Accountability
61	61	11 and Transparency Act and the Budgeting for Results initiative.
62	62	12 Section 20. The sum of $113,400, or so much thereof as may
63	63	13 be necessary, is appropriated from the School Infrastructure
64	64	14 Fund to the Governor's Office of Management and Budget for
65	65	15 operational expenses related to the School Infrastructure
66	66	16 Program.
67	67	17 Section 25. The amount of $633,300,000, or so much thereof
68	68	18 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois
69	69	19 Bond Retirement and Interest Fund to the Governor's Office of
70	70	20 Management and Budget for the purpose of making payments to
71	71	21 the Trustee under the Master Indenture as defined by and
72	72	22 pursuant to the Build Illinois Bond Act.

83	83	1 Section 30. The amount of $650,000, or so much thereof as
84	84	2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond
85	85	3 Fund to the Governor's Office of Management and Budget for
86	86	4 ordinary and contingent expenses associated with the sale and
87	87	5 administration of Build Illinois bonds.
88	88	6 Section 35. No contract shall be entered into or
89	89	7 obligation incurred for any expenditures from the
90	90	8 appropriations made in Sections 10, 25 and 30 until after the
91	91	9 purposes and amounts have been approved in writing by the
92	92	10 Governor.
93	93	11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
94	94	12 2025.
