168168 15 Section 45. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as may
169169 16 be necessary, is appropriated from the ICC Federal Grants
170170 17 Trust Fund to the Illinois Commerce Commission for a grant to
171171 18 the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association Educational and Research
172172 19 Foundation for costs associated with training of first
173173 20 responders in planning for and responding to pipeline
174174 21 emergencies.
175175 22 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
