1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 5. The sum of $2,780,000, or so much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
7 the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the ordinary and
8 contingent expenses of the Commission.
9 Section 10. The sum of $4,200,000, or so much thereof as
10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional
11 Services Fund to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for
12 the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Commission.
13 Section 15. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may
14 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
15 the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the ordinary and
16 contingent expenses of the Business Enterprise Program.
17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
18 2025.
