9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

88	88	2 be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention Fund to
89	89	3 the Office of the State Fire Marshal for costs and expenses
90	90	4 related to or in support of the Fire Explorer and Cadet School.
91	91	5 Section 15. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof as
92	92	6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention
93	93	7 Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for grants for the
94	94	8 Small Equipment Grant Program.
95	95	9 Section 20. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
96	96	10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention
97	97	11 Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for all costs
98	98	12 associated with the Minimum Basic Firefighter Training

101	101	15 be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention Fund to
102	102	16 the Office of the State Fire Marshal for all costs associated
103	103	17 with the Illinois Firefighter Peer Support Program.

220	220	5 Illinois Fire Service Institute for costs associated with
221	221	6 cancer screenings and exposure testing of Illinois
222	222	7 firefighters.
223	223	8 Section 90. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as may
224	224	9 be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention Fund to
225	225	10 the Office of the State Fire Marshal for a grant to the
226	226	11 Illinois Fire Service Institute for research activities.
227	227	12 Section 95. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
228	228	13 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
229	229	14 business on June 30, 2025, from an appropriation heretofore
230	230	15 made for such purpose in Article 115, Section 95 of Public Act
231	231	16 103-0589, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fire
232	232	17 Prevention Fund to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for the
233	233	18 Fire Station Rehabilitation and Construction Grant Program.
234	234	19 Section 100. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may
