8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. The sum of $8,440,000, or so much thereof as may
13	13	6 be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Student
14	14	7 Assistance Commission from the General Revenue Fund to meet
15	15	8 its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30,
16	16	9 2026.
17	17	10 Section 10. The following named amount, or so much thereof
18	18	11 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
19	19	12 Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for the
20	20	13 following purpose:
21	21	14 To support outreach, research, and
22	22	15 training activities..............................7,840,000
23	23	16 Section 15. The sum of $296,566,200, or so much thereof as
24	24	17 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Student
25	25	18 Assistance Commission from the General Revenue Fund for grant
26	26	19 awards to students eligible for the Monetary Award Program, as
27	27	20 provided by law, and for agency administrative and operational
28	28	21 costs not to exceed 2 percent of the total appropriation for

54	54	5 grant awards to students eligible for the Monetary Award
55	55	6 Program, as provided by law.
56	56	7 Section 25. The sum of $50,000,000, or so much thereof as
57	57	8 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Student
58	58	9 Assistance Commission from the General Revenue Fund for
59	59	10 payments to eligible public universities for grants to
60	60	11 students pursuant to the AIM HIGH program.
61	61	12 Section 30. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof as
62	62	13 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
63	63	14 Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for payment
64	64	15 of the Illinois Veterans' Grants and Illinois National Guard
65	65	16 Grants at state-controlled universities for students eligible,
66	66	17 as provided by law.
67	67	18 Section 35. The sum of $150,000, or so much thereof as may
68	68	19 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
69	69	20 the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for costs
70	70	21 associated with providing grants to exonerated persons, as
71	71	22 provided by law.

95	95	14 associated with the Veterans' Home Medical Providers' Loan

100	100	19 to eligible nurse educators to use for payment of their
