8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
13	13	6 of $32,196,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
14	14	7 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board
15	15	8 of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and
16	16	9 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
17	17	10 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
18	18	11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Elections Special
19	19	12 Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational
20	20	13 expenses, grants, and reimbursements, except that this amount
21	21	14 shall not exceed funds made available.
22	22	15 Section 15. The following amounts, or so much of those
23	23	16 amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
24	24	17 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the State
25	25	18 Board of Elections for its ordinary and contingent expenses as
