8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. The sum of $17,238,400, or so much of that sum
13	13	6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State
14	14	7 Treasurer's Administrative Fund to the Office of the State
15	15	8 Treasurer to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year
16	16	9 ending June 30, 2026.
17	17	10 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that sum
18	18	11 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
19	19	12 Fund to the State Treasurer for the purpose of making refunds
20	20	13 of accrued interest on protested tax cases.
21	21	14 Section 15. The sum of $26,225,000, or so much of that sum
22	22	15 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Pensions
23	23	16 Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer to meet its
24	24	17 operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
25	25	18 Section 20. The sum of $10,035,270, or so much of that sum
26	26	19 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State
27	27	20 Treasurer's Bank Services Trust Fund to the State Treasurer

52	52	4 amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and
53	53	5 purposes named in this Section, are appropriated to the State
54	54	6 Treasurer for the payment of interest on and retirement of
55	55	7 State bonded indebtedness:
56	56	8 For payment of principal and interest on any and all bonds
57	57	9 issued pursuant to the Anti-Pollution Bond Act, the
58	58	10 Transportation Bond Act, the Capital Development Bond Act of
59	59	11 1972, the School Construction Bond Act, the Illinois Coal and
60	60	12 Energy Development Bond Act, and the General Obligation Bond
61	61	13 Act:

67	67	19 Section 30. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that sum

69	69	21 Obligation Bond Rebate Fund to the State Treasurer for the
70	70	22 purpose of making arbitrage rebate payments to the United
71	71	23 States government.

82	82	1 Section 35. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that sum
83	83	2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Charitable Trust
84	84	3 Stabilization Fund to the State Treasurer for the State
85	85	4 Treasurer's operational costs to administer the Charitable
86	86	5 Trust Stabilization Fund and for grants to public and private
87	87	6 entities in the State for the purposes set out in the
88	88	7 Charitable Trust Stabilization Act.
89	89	8 Section 40. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that sum as
90	90	9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Treasurer's
91	91	10 Capital Fund for the construction, reconstruction, renovation,
92	92	11 repair, operation, and maintenance of the buildings, grounds,
93	93	12 and facilities of the State Treasurer.
94	94	13 Section 45. The sum of $2,500,000, or so much of that sum
95	95	14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Higher
96	96	15 Education Savings Program Fund to the Office of the State
97	97	16 Treasurer for the Illinois Higher Education Savings Program.
98	98	17 ARTICLE 999
99	99	18 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
100	100	19 2025.
