8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. The sum of $90,000,000, or so much thereof as
13	13	6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
14	14	7 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General to meet its
15	15	8 operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
16	16	9 Section 10. The sum of $11,000,000, or so much thereof as
17	17	10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
18	18	11 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for payment of
19	19	12 awards and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance
20	20	13 Act.
21	21	14 Section 15. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
22	22	15 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
23	23	16 fund to the Office of the Attorney General for ordinary and
24	24	17 contingent expenses, awards and grants, and operational
25	25	18 programs of the Crime Victim Services Division.
26	26	19 Section 20. The sum of $2,500,000, or so much thereof as
27	27	20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue

53	53	5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
54	54	6 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for grants for
55	55	7 organized retail crime enforcement.
56	56	8 Section 30. The sum of $6,850,000, or so much thereof as
57	57	9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
58	58	10 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for ordinary and
59	59	11 contingent expenses and operational programs of the Child
60	60	12 Support Enforcement Division.
61	61	13 Section 35. The sum of $1,200,000, or so much thereof as
62	62	14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Access to Justice
63	63	15 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for disbursement to
64	64	16 the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation pursuant to the Access
65	65	17 to Justice Act.
66	66	18 Section 40. The sum of $1,150,000, or so much thereof as is
67	67	19 available for use by the Attorney General, is appropriated to
68	68	20 the Office of the Attorney General from the Illinois Gaming
69	69	21 Law Enforcement Fund for State law enforcement purposes.

80	80	1 Section 45. The sum of $350,000, or so much thereof as may
81	81	2 be necessary, is appropriated to the Office of the Attorney
82	82	3 General from the Domestic Violence Fund pursuant to Public Act
83	83	4 95-711 for grants to public or private nonprofit agencies for
84	84	5 the purposes of facilitating or providing free domestic
85	85	6 violence legal advocacy, assistance, or services to victims of
86	86	7 domestic violence who are married or formerly married or
87	87	8 parties or former parties to a civil union related to order of
88	88	9 protection proceedings or other proceedings for civil remedies
89	89	10 for domestic violence.
90	90	11 Section 50. The sum of $3,750,000, or so much thereof as
91	91	12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
92	92	13 Tobacco Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for the
93	93	14 oversight, enforcement, and implementation of the Master
94	94	15 Settlement Agreement entered in the case of People of the
95	95	16 State of Illinois v. Philip Morris, et al (Circuit Court of
96	96	17 Cook County, No. 96L13146), for the administration and
97	97	18 enforcement of the Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act,
98	98	19 for the handling of tobacco-related litigation, and for other
99	99	20 law enforcement activities of the Attorney General.
100	100	21 Section 55. The sum of $13,000,000, or so much thereof as
101	101	22 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
102	102	23 Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund

115	115	2 function pertaining to the exercise of the duties of the
116	116	3 Attorney General, including State law enforcement and public
117	117	4 education.
118	118	5 Section 60. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof as
119	119	6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Charity
120	120	7 Bureau Fund to the Office of the Attorney General to enforce
121	121	8 the provisions of the Solicitation for Charity Act and to
122	122	9 gather and disseminate information about charitable trustees
123	123	10 and organizations to the public.
124	124	11 Section 65. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof as
125	125	12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
126	126	13 Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund to the Office of the
127	127	14 Attorney General for ordinary and contingent expenses,
128	128	15 including State law enforcement purposes.
129	129	16 Section 70. The sum of $23,000,000, or so much thereof as
130	130	17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General's
131	131	18 State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund to the
132	132	19 Office of the Attorney General for payment of interagency
133	133	20 agreements, for court-ordered distributions to third parties,
134	134	21 and subject to pertinent court order, for performance of any
135	135	22 function pertaining to the exercise of the duties of the
136	136	23 Attorney General, including State law enforcement and public

152	152	6 as provided in the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.

180	180	2 Offender Awareness, Training, and Education Fund to the Office
181	181	3 of the Attorney General to administer the I-SORT program and
182	182	4 to alert and educate the public, victims, and witnesses of
183	183	5 their rights under various victim notification laws and for
184	184	6 training law enforcement agencies, State's Attorneys, and
185	185	7 medical providers regarding their legal duties concerning the
186	186	8 prosecution and investigation of sex offenses.
187	187	9 Section 100. The sum of $11,000,000, or so much thereof as
188	188	10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
189	189	11 Federal Grant Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for
190	190	12 funding for federal grants.

192	192	14 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
