88 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 ARTICLE 1
1212 5 Section 5. The sum of $90,000,000, or so much thereof as
1313 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
1414 7 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General to meet its
1515 8 operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
1616 9 Section 10. The sum of $11,000,000, or so much thereof as
1717 10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
1818 11 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for payment of
1919 12 awards and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance
2020 13 Act.
2121 14 Section 15. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
2222 15 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
2323 16 fund to the Office of the Attorney General for ordinary and
2424 17 contingent expenses, awards and grants, and operational
2525 18 programs of the Crime Victim Services Division.

6363 15 Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for disbursement to
6464 16 the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation pursuant to the Access
6565 17 to Justice Act.
6666 18 Section 40. The sum of $1,150,000, or so much thereof as is
6767 19 available for use by the Attorney General, is appropriated to
6868 20 the Office of the Attorney General from the Illinois Gaming
6969 21 Law Enforcement Fund for State law enforcement purposes.

8080 1 Section 45. The sum of $350,000, or so much thereof as may
8181 2 be necessary, is appropriated to the Office of the Attorney
8282 3 General from the Domestic Violence Fund pursuant to Public Act
8383 4 95-711 for grants to public or private nonprofit agencies for
8484 5 the purposes of facilitating or providing free domestic
8585 6 violence legal advocacy, assistance, or services to victims of
8686 7 domestic violence who are married or formerly married or
8787 8 parties or former parties to a civil union related to order of
8888 9 protection proceedings or other proceedings for civil remedies

9090 11 Section 50. The sum of $3,750,000, or so much thereof as
9191 12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
9292 13 Tobacco Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for the
9393 14 oversight, enforcement, and implementation of the Master
9494 15 Settlement Agreement entered in the case of People of the
9595 16 State of Illinois v. Philip Morris, et al (Circuit Court of
9696 17 Cook County, No. 96L13146), for the administration and
9797 18 enforcement of the Tobacco Product Manufacturers' Escrow Act,
9898 19 for the handling of tobacco-related litigation, and for other
9999 20 law enforcement activities of the Attorney General.
100100 21 Section 55. The sum of $13,000,000, or so much thereof as

118118 5 Section 60. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof as
119119 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Charity
120120 7 Bureau Fund to the Office of the Attorney General to enforce
121121 8 the provisions of the Solicitation for Charity Act and to
122122 9 gather and disseminate information about charitable trustees
123123 10 and organizations to the public.
124124 11 Section 65. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof as
125125 12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General
126126 13 Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund to the Office of the
127127 14 Attorney General for ordinary and contingent expenses,
128128 15 including State law enforcement purposes.
129129 16 Section 70. The sum of $23,000,000, or so much thereof as
130130 17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Attorney General's
131131 18 State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund to the

133133 20 agreements, for court-ordered distributions to third parties,
