88 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 ARTICLE 1
1212 5 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
1313 6 of $60,549,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
1414 7 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of
1515 8 Statewide Pretrial Services for operational expenses, awards,
1616 9 grants, permanent improvements, and pretrial services
1717 10 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
1818 11 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof may
1919 12 be necessary, is appropriated from the Office of Statewide
2020 13 Pretrial Services Special State Projects Fund to the Office of
2121 14 Statewide Pretrial Services for expenses relating to various
2222 15 State projects.
2323 16 Section 15. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
2424 17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Office of the
2525 18 Statewide Pretrial Services Federal Projects Fund to the
2626 19 Office of Statewide Pretrial Services for expenses relating to
2727 20 various federal projects.
