8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
13	13	6 of $60,549,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
14	14	7 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of
15	15	8 Statewide Pretrial Services for operational expenses, awards,
16	16	9 grants, permanent improvements, and pretrial services
17	17	10 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
18	18	11 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof may
19	19	12 be necessary, is appropriated from the Office of Statewide
20	20	13 Pretrial Services Special State Projects Fund to the Office of
21	21	14 Statewide Pretrial Services for expenses relating to various
22	22	15 State projects.
23	23	16 Section 15. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
24	24	17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Office of the
25	25	18 Statewide Pretrial Services Federal Projects Fund to the
26	26	19 Office of Statewide Pretrial Services for expenses relating to
27	27	20 various federal projects.

54	54	6 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
