8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 5. The amount of $50,999,828, or so much thereof
13	13	6 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power
14	14	7 Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for its
15	15	8 current and prior year ordinary and contingent expenses, as
16	16	9 well as for refunds.
17	17	10 Section 10. The amount of $56,000,000 or so much thereof
18	18	11 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power
19	19	12 Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy
20	20	13 Resources Fund for funding of current and prior fiscal year
21	21	14 purchases of renewable energy resources and related expenses,
22	22	15 including the refund of bidder deposit fees, refund of
23	23	16 overpayments of alternative compliance payments, and expenses
24	24	17 related to the development and administration of the Illinois
25	25	18 Solar for All Program, pursuant to subsections (b), (c), and
26	26	19 (i) of Section 1-56 of the Illinois Power Agency Act.
27	27	20 Section 15. The amount of $12,000,000, or so much thereof
28	28	21 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power
