8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of
12	12	5 those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are
13	13	6 appropriated to the Auditor General from the General Revenue
14	14	7 Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the
15	15	8 Office of the Auditor General, as provided in the Illinois
16	16	9 State Auditing Act:
17	17	10 For Personal Services:
18	18	11 For Regular Positions............................$8,000,000
19	19	12 For State Contribution to Social Security..........$620,000
20	20	13 Total............................................$8,620,000
21	21	14 Section 10. The sum of $35,592,488, or so much of that
22	22	15 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Auditor
23	23	16 General from the Audit Expense Fund for administrative and
24	24	17 operations expenses and audits, studies, investigations, and
25	25	18 expenses related to actuarial services.
26	26	19 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
