8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. The sum of $1,975,250, or so much thereof as may
12	12	5 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
13	13	6 the Court of Claims for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
14	14	7 Section 10. The amount of $450,000, or so much thereof as
15	15	8 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Court of Claims
16	16	9 Administration and Grant Fund to the Court of Claims for
17	17	10 administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation
18	18	11 Act.
19	19	12 Section 15. The following named amount, or so much thereof
20	20	13 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Court of Claims for
21	21	14 payment of claims as follows:
22	22	15 For claims under the Crime Victims
23	23	16 Compensation Act:
24	24	17 Payable from the Court of Claims
25	25	18 Federal Grant Fund.............................$10,000,000
26	26	19 Section 20. The amount of $3,000,000, or so much thereof
27	27	20 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
28	28	21 Fund to the Court of Claims for payment of awards solely as a
