| 5 | 5 | | 3 to learn of the death of Dr. Sheila Trikha Khanna M.D., who |

| 6 | 6 | | 4 passed away on December 12, 2024; and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Dr. Khanna was born in Thika Kenya to Shyamlal |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 6 Trikha and Bharati Bhardwaj on May 31, 1961; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 WHEREAS, Dr. Khanna was a skilled and generous |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 rehabilitation physician, who touched the lives of many; she |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 chose her medical specialty out of the desire to treat and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 advocate for patients like her own late mother who battled |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 against serious neurodegenerative diseases; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Dr. Khanna created a home that served as a safe |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 13 haven, full of warmth, laughter, and love; she had an |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 extraordinary way of leaving an indelible mark in many lives, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 15 and she engaged passionately in all of her convictions, which |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 16 included civic engagement; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 17 WHEREAS, Dr. Khanna was the heart and soul of her family; |

| 20 | 20 | | 18 she had a vibrant, extroverted nature and had the ability to |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 19 make everyone feel special; she was known for her boundless |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 20 love, her grace, her strength, her kindness, and her wisdom; |
