| 11 | 11 | | 9 seasonal football program for at-risk youth aged 5 to 13 more |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 than 30 years ago; the football program was established and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 continues to serve as an alternative to violence and at-risk |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 behavior, benefiting more than 100 participants each year and |
