| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Jack Brinkoetter was born in Decatur to Theodore |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 and Jessica (Siesenop) Brinkoetter on April 23, 2014; he |

| 9 | 9 | | 7 attended Mt. Zion Intermediate School, where he was active in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 football and basketball; he also participated in gymnastics |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 and was a very fast runner; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Jack Brinkoetter enjoyed dancing and was |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 described as having the best moves while being the life of the |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 party; he was known for his sense of humor and sharing jokes |
