| 11 | 11 | | 9 development of her students at St. Albert the Great Catholic |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 School over the course of her 40-year career; and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 WHEREAS, Debra Karr has held a longtime adoration for St. |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 Albert the Great Catholic School since she was a little girl |
