| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Lizzie Dykstra, the daughter of Greg and Joan |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 Dykstra, was born in Urbana on July 8, 1981; she graduated from |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 Urbana Middle School, formerly known as Prairie Elementary |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 School, and the Urbana SPH (severe/profound handicapped) |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 program; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Lizzie Dykstra served as a minister and witness |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 of her faith, which involved assisting her father through |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 making salvation wrist beads and helping distribute them, |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 including sharing them with strangers; her silent ministry was |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 featured in a chapter of a book by author Kendra Smiley; and |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 WHEREAS, Lizzie Dykstra enjoyed traveling with her parents |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean, whether it was camping |

| 19 | 19 | | 17 or cruising; she especially enjoyed visiting the Savoy Walmart |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 18 to see her favorite employees, whose kindness made her smile; |
