| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Paul Boll, the son of Walter J. Boll and Margaret |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 (Keller) Boll, was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 10, 1940; |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 he graduated from Farmersville High School and Springfield |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 Junior College; he married Diane Seelbach in 1961; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 WHEREAS, Paul Boll served as the first male lay teacher at |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 Little Flower School before he began selling pharmaceuticals |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 throughout central Illinois; he then opened Paul Boll Painting |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 and Decorating in 1978, where he worked with his wife until he |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 13 retired in 2014; his business was credited for several works, |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 including the Governor's Mansion, the Old State Capitol Dome, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 15 Memorial Medical Center, the Main Gate at the Illinois State |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 16 Fair, and Cooper's Hawk; and |

| 19 | 19 | | 17 WHEREAS, Paul Boll was a member of the Church of the Little |

| 20 | 20 | | 18 Flower for over 60 years, and he was active in the Little |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 19 Flower Men's Club; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 20 WHEREAS, Paul Boll was an avid Detroit Tigers and Notre |

| 23 | 23 | | 21 Dame Fighting Irish fan; he enjoyed reading, history, |
