| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Larry Wenger, the son of Francis Louis and Clela |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 Pauline (Godwin) Wenger, was born in Jonesboro on January 24, |

| 9 | 9 | | 7 1941; he served in the U.S. Navy; he married Cindy (Ring) |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 Steelman at Beech Grove on December 26, 1998; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 WHEREAS, Larry Wenger worked as an inspector for the U.S. |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 Department of Agriculture until his retirement; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 WHEREAS, Larry Wenger cherished spending time with his |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 wife and his horses, including camping, traveling, or trail |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 riding; his love for the outdoors and equestrian pursuits were |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 an integral part of his life; and |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 WHEREAS, Larry Wenger was known as a kind, gentle man who |
