| 5 | 5 | | 3 to learn of the death of Esther Irene Bruns Kinner, who passed |

| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Esther Kinner was born to Lawrence Fredrick and |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 Mayme (Klokkenga) Bruns on March 19, 1948; at age 16, she began |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 a 50-plus year career in the competitive events office during |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 the Illinois State Fair; she graduated from San Jose High |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 School; she received a bachelor's degree in education from |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 Illinois State University and a master's degree from Saint |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 11 Xavier University; she married William David "Bill" Kinner on |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 November 17, 2024; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 13 WHEREAS, Esther Kinner began teaching music at the |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 elementary schools in Pleasant Plains School District #8 in |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 15 1970, retiring in 2005; she continued to provide piano lessons |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 16 after retirement; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 17 WHEREAS, Esther Kinner was a member and elder of |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 18 Farmingdale Presbyterian Church and the Women's Ruth Circle; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 19 she was an active member of the Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | 20 Kappa Delta Omega; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | 21 WHEREAS, Esther Kinner was an avid attendee of the |
