| 9 | 9 | | 7 School District 13 Board since April 1, 2001; and |

| 10 | 10 | | 8 WHEREAS, Terry McKeown has engaged in strategic planning |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 to identify district priorities, giving rise to a high number |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 of student achievements that were recognized locally and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 nationally; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Terry McKeown has spearheaded changes in |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 financial practices, leading the Bloomingdale School District |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 13 Board to earn Certificates of Achievement (COAs) for |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Association of School |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 Business Officials (ASBO) and the Government Finance Officers |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 17 Association (GFOA) for the past seven years; and |

| 20 | 20 | | 18 WHEREAS, Terry McKeown has further served the Bloomingdale |

| 21 | 21 | | 19 School District 13 Board by readily accepting additional |

| 22 | 22 | | 20 leadership roles during his tenure, including holding the |
