| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Jacob James, the son of Kyle James and Shelby |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 Stufflebeam, was born in Springfield on November 29, 2014; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 WHEREAS, Jacob James was a sixth grade student at Sangamon |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 Area Special Education District (SASED) in Springfield; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 WHEREAS, Jacob James loved cars, dinosaurs, and trucks; |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 WHEREAS, Jacob James passed away alongside his father and |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 older brother, Hunter James; and |
