| 5 | 5 | | 3 to learn of the death of Margaret Lucille Collins; and |

| 6 | 6 | | 4 WHEREAS, Margaret Collins was born to Lela Mae Brown in |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 5 Shreveport, Louisiana on December 9, 1941; she was the second |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 6 of eight children; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 7 WHEREAS, Margaret Collins and her family moved to Chicago, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 8 where she attended Hendricks Elementary School and graduated |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 9 from DuSable High School; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Margaret Collins married Ernest Collins on |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 November 18, 1962, and they had four children; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Margaret Collins was preceded in death by her |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 mother and two brothers; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 WHEREAS, Margaret Collins is survived by her children, |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 Ernest (Ann, Bella) Collins Jr., Brian Collins, LaFondra |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 Collins, and Anthony (Noreal) Collins; one brother; four |

| 19 | 19 | | 17 sisters; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host |
