4	4	2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
5	5	3 congratulate Justin Allgaier on his outstanding racing career;

7	7	5 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier is a distinguished racecar driver
8	8	6 who has demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and
9	9	7 sportsmanship throughout his racing career; and
10	10	8 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier was born on June 6, 1986 in
11	11	9 Springfield and has become a distinguished figure in American
12	12	10 stock car racing; and
13	13	11 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier grew up in Riverton and has been
14	14	12 an ambassador representing his community with honor and
15	15	13 bringing positive recognition to the area; and
16	16	14 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier's family plays a crucial role in
17	17	15 his life, providing unwavering support and motivation; he is
18	18	16 the son of Mike and Dorothy Allgaier; he is married to his high
19	19	17 school sweetheart, Ashley Allgaier, and together, they have
20	20	18 two daughters, Harper and Willow; his family's love and
21	21	19 encouragement have been instrumental in his success; and

38	38	8 midget racing event in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2001 at the age of

40	40	10 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier secured the ARCA Re/Max Series
41	41	11 Championship in 2008, marking a pivotal moment in his ascent
42	42	12 within professional racing; and
43	43	13 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier was honored as the 2009 NASCAR
44	44	14 Xfinity Series Rookie of the Year, further establishing his
45	45	15 reputation in the racing community; and
46	46	16 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier has been a consistent and
47	47	17 formidable competitor in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving

80	80	20 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL
