44 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
55 3 congratulate Justin Allgaier on his outstanding racing career;

77 5 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier is a distinguished racecar driver
88 6 who has demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and
99 7 sportsmanship throughout his racing career; and
1010 8 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier was born on June 6, 1986 in
1111 9 Springfield and has become a distinguished figure in American
1212 10 stock car racing; and
1313 11 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier grew up in Riverton and has been
1414 12 an ambassador representing his community with honor and
1515 13 bringing positive recognition to the area; and
1616 14 WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier's family plays a crucial role in
1717 15 his life, providing unwavering support and motivation; he is
1818 16 the son of Mike and Dorothy Allgaier; he is married to his high
1919 17 school sweetheart, Ashley Allgaier, and together, they have
2020 18 two daughters, Harper and Willow; his family's love and
2121 19 encouragement have been instrumental in his success; and
