| 10 | 10 | | 8 modernize our State's electric grid, making it more reliable |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 and resilient for all Illinoisans; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Lineworkers conduct their work with high levels |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 of competency, safety, and compassion; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Lineworkers are dedicated to their craft, often |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 working long hours in dangerous conditions to ensure |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 Illinoisans have reliable energy no matter the situation; and |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 WHEREAS, In March 2025, an unprecedented storm, including |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 confirmed tornadoes, impacted Illinois communities and led to |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 17 power outages throughout the State; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | 18 WHEREAS, During this devastating storm, brave lineworkers |

| 21 | 21 | | 19 mobilized throughout the entire State of Illinois and answered |
