35 | 35 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana: |

36 | 36 | | 1 SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE UPON PASSAGE] (a) As used in this |
---|
37 | 37 | | 2 SECTION, "office of the secretary" refers to the office of the |
---|
38 | 38 | | 3 secretary of family and social services established by IC 12-8-1.5-1, |
---|
39 | 39 | | 4 its offices, or divisions. |

40 | 40 | | 5 (b) The state board of finance may transfer money among funds |

41 | 41 | | 6 or otherwise transfer, assign, or reassign any appropriation, |
