3636 Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
3737 1 SECTION 1. The following amendment to the Constitution of the
3838 2 State of Indiana is proposed and agreed to by this, the One Hundred
3939 3 Twenty-Second General Assembly of the State of Indiana, and is
4040 4 referred to the next General Assembly for reconsideration and
4141 5 agreement.
4242 6 SECTION 2. ARTICLE 4, SECTION 2 OF THE CONSTITUTION
4343 7 OF THE STATE OF INDIANA IS AMENDED TO READ AS
4444 8 FOLLOWS: Section 2. (a) The Senate shall not exceed fifty nor have
4545 9 one hundred (100) members.
4646 10 (b) The House of Representatives one hundred members; and they
4747 11 shall have two hundred (200) members.
4848 12 (c) Senators and Representatives shall be chosen by the electors
