60 | 60 | | 10 after normal operating hours, preferably from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., on |

61 | 61 | | 11 days determined by the school corporation. |

62 | 62 | | 12 (2) The program must operate according to a plan to do the |
---|
63 | 63 | | 13 following in the school: |
---|
64 | 64 | | 14 (A) Reduce alcohol, tobacco, and drug abuse. |

65 | 65 | | 15 (B) Reduce violent behavior. |
---|
66 | 66 | | 16 (C) Promote educational progress. |

67 | 67 | | 17 (d) The institute shall adopt rules to administer the program, |

68 | 68 | | 18 including rules concerning evaluations by school corporations, and |

106 | 106 | | 13 reporting of juvenile offenses within the schools. |

107 | 107 | | 14 (B) Proposals for identifying and assessing children who are |
---|
108 | 108 | | 15 at high risk of becoming juvenile offenders. |
---|
109 | 109 | | 16 (C) Methods to meet the educational needs of children who |
---|
110 | 110 | | 17 have been detained as juvenile offenders. |
---|
111 | 111 | | 18 (D) Methods to improve communications among agencies that |
---|
112 | 112 | | 19 work with children. |

113 | 113 | | 20 (E) Methods to improve security and emergency preparedness. |

155 | 155 | | 19 (b) A matching grant awarded to a school corporation, charter |
---|
156 | 156 | | 20 school, or accredited nonpublic school (or a coalition of schools |
---|
157 | 157 | | 21 applying jointly) may not exceed the lesser of the following during a |
---|
158 | 158 | | 22 two (2) year period beginning on or after May 1, 2013: |

159 | 159 | | 23 (1) The total cost of the program established by the school |
---|
160 | 160 | | 24 corporation, charter school, or accredited nonpublic school (or the |
---|
161 | 161 | | 25 coalition of schools applying jointly). |
