RESOLUTION No. ____
1 A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION recognizing the
2 Hagerstown, Indiana, Little League World Series team.
3 Whereas, The 2022 Hagerstown Little League All-Stars
4 team went 3-0 in the Little League Baseball Great Lakes
5 Region Tournament, defeating teams from Michigan and
6 Kentucky;
7 Whereas, The Hagerstown All-Stars defeated North Laurel
8 from Kentucky in the championship game 4-3 and advanced to
9 the Little League World Series in South Williamsport,
10 Pennsylvania;
11 Whereas, The Hagerstown team represented the Great Lakes
12 Region in the Little League World Series;
13 Whereas, The team went 1-2 in the Little League World Series
14 beating the Midwest team, but they were defeated by the
15 Southeast and Mid-Atlantic team;
16 Whereas, The Hagerstown team was managed by Patrick
17 Vinson, coached by Jesse Johnson and Patrick Allred, and
18 consisted of Jaykob Troutwine (#10), Graham Vinson (#13),
19 Heath Johnson (#20), Jonah Hale (#14), Gavin White (#9),
20 Benjamin Golliher (#4), Bentley George (#12), Kaden Hall
21 (#19), Nolan Cheeseman (#8), Clark Thornburg (#18), Preston
22 Allred (#1), Carter Sullivan (#5), and Hayden Moore (#17);
23 and
24 Whereas, The Hagerstown All-Stars captured the hearts of
25 Hoosiers across the state and made their hometown proud:

1 Therefore,
2 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives
3 of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,
4 the Senate concurring:
5 SECTION 1. That the Indiana General Assembly recognizes
6 the Hagerstown, Indiana, Little League World Series team and
7 congratulates them on making it to the 2022 Little League
8 World Series.
9 SECTION 2. That the Principal Clerk of the House of
10 Representatives shall transmit copies of this resolution to State
11 Representative Brad Barrett for distribution.
