35 | 35 | | 3 1, 2023]: Sec. 21. (a) As used in this section, "intersection" means |
---|
36 | 36 | | 4 the area embraced within: |

37 | 37 | | 5 (1) the prolongation or connection of the lateral curb lines, or |
---|
38 | 38 | | 6 if none, then the lateral boundary lines of the roadways of two |
---|
39 | 39 | | 7 (2) highways, streets, or roads that join at, or approximately |
---|
40 | 40 | | 8 at, right angles; or |
---|
41 | 41 | | 9 (2) the area within which vehicles traveling upon different |
---|
42 | 42 | | 10 highways, streets, or roads joining at any other angle may |
