35 | 35 | | 3 [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024]: Sec. 2. (a) Except when a special hazard |

37 | 37 | | 5 chapter, the slower speed limit specified in this section or established |
---|
38 | 38 | | 6 as authorized by section 3 of this chapter is the maximum lawful speed. |

39 | 39 | | 7 A person may not drive a vehicle on a highway at a speed in excess of |
---|
40 | 40 | | 8 the following maximum limits: |
---|
41 | 41 | | 9 (1) Thirty (30) miles per hour in an urban district. |

42 | 42 | | 10 (2) Fifty-five (55) miles per hour, except as provided in |
