| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE UPON PASSAGE] (a) The legislative |

| 31 | 31 | | 2 council is urged to assign to an appropriate committee during the |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 2024 legislative interim the topic of studying the feasibility and |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4 benefit of applying for and implementing a Section 1115 Medicaid |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5 demonstration waiver or any other Medicaid waiver to include |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6 nutrition supports for the following Medicaid recipients: |

| 36 | 36 | | 7 (1) Medicaid recipients with chronic diseases that are |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 8 impacted by nutrition and diet. |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 9 (2) Pregnant women. |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 10 (3) Children. |

| 40 | 40 | | 11 The study under this SECTION must include a review of other |
