44 | 44 | | 1 SECTION 1. IC 12-14-31-3 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE |

93 | 93 | | 32 SECTION 3. [EFFECTIVE UPON PASSAGE] (a) Not later than |

94 | 94 | | 33 December 31, 2024, the office of the secretary of family and social |

95 | 95 | | 34 services shall submit to the United States Department of Health |

96 | 96 | | 35 and Human Services any amendment to Indiana's Child Care and |
---|
97 | 97 | | 36 Development Fund plan necessary to implement IC 12-14-31-3, as |
---|
98 | 98 | | 37 added by this act, and IC 12-17.2-7.2-1, as amended by this act. |

99 | 99 | | 38 (b) This SECTION expires January 1, 2025. |
