HOUSE BILL No. 1362 A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning education. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana: 1 SECTION 1. IC 20-34-10 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE 2 AS A NEW CHAPTER TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE 3 JULY 1, 2024]: 4 Chapter 10. Child Sexual Trafficking Prevention Training 5 Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "school" means any of the 6 following: 7 (1) A public school, including a charter school. 8 (2) A state accredited school. 9 (3) A nonaccredited nonpublic school that has at least one (1) 10 employee. 11 (4) A laboratory school established under IC 20-24.5-2. 12 (5) The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired 13 established by IC 20-21-2-1. 14 (6) The Indiana School for the Deaf established by 15 IC 20-22-2-1. 16 Sec. 2.
